Volunteer, reflect and connect. That's how I found a career I loved, and that's how other 20 year olds (who are in university + working) have the confidence that they have knowing what they're doing is what they love.
The problem is most people won't do this. They aren't insight limited, they're action limited.

last point is such a game changer lol Getting connections on LinkedIn and stuff is pointless if you're not actually CONNECTING with the person and also seeking more opportunities, I wish you sent me this video a year ago For months I was just wasting time on LinkedIn connecting to CEOs and heads of agencies until I started booking calls and seeing what their personality and vision is, that's when I started building up leverage to take to other calls which eventually ended up landing me a job in a field that I'm interested in Thanks as always Tanzeer
