So glad you found the leaks, you can hear the frustration in the home owners voices, but i heard her very glad yay at the end. You guys are amazing!

You found it? Did you fix it? Has it been confirmed that the leaks are stopped?

Wow the cost is very high to find a leak. I suspect my tiled roof valley is the issue for a small ceiling wet patch. Will be a lot better to inspect it myself and see if can find anything obvious.

It seems stucco houses always have the hardest leaks to spot.

Me too! Looking for someone in Chicago. No one can find the source of rain leakage

@@ms8728 hey, i just saw mine and i fixed it. i had a roofer, a carpenter who reset my door with new flashing. both assured me it was the problem and it wasnt. i have a 3 story home and the leak came in the 2nd floor ceiling. dealing with this leak over a year has been frustrating. i bought a Flir thermal imaging camera and detected the leak. it was a faulty window that needed caulking on the 3rd floor around the bottom. now i have to fix the drywall this leak caused.

@@MuhGlassRibs yeah I ran into the same issue! Plumber and roofer pointing at each other. We have a leak only when it rains and it’s not even on the top floor of the condo building. Is on the middle floor which makes no sense and no one can figure out why. I’ll have to tear out the dry wall and look where the water comes from during the rain. I hate flat roof condo buildings

@@ms8728 i hear you. i have a flat roof (TPO material) home thats all brick. one leak detection flat out told me that they dont do brick homes over 100 years old. tearing out the drywall will 95% find the leak. but the non invasive thermal moisture detection helped me out. if you dont want to spend the cash on one, you could rent one.

Great job! Yikes tho. Can only imagine how much money they wasted before you guys.

That’s a great point! This is why it’s super important to always find the leak before any assumptions and money is spent to fix.

I've got a leak in the ceiling on the ground floor of my property, because my neighbours refuse to fix a downpipe that's been leaking for 15 years 🥴
