I know this is a super basic issue and prolly doesn't mean anything to you but as good as BBC is, I signed up got a message from an agent 3 days ago, I answered, been trying to communicate what I'm seeking but haven't got any more responses, this agent does not seem that reliable but I don't see any customer service options to request having another agent, they don't seem to be as customer friendly as you advised

They won't customise the product with just 1. Dropship the product first, get consistent sales then create the brand

The market was just so hard to break into and I didn't have the budget to compete with Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss etc. It was an oversight on my behalf to not research the market enough!
