Your advice is wonderful for beginning traders. Too often there are strong emotions going into ranging price action. And beginners may "believe" in the last trend without creating stop-losses. Not seeing the big picture can cause a lot of financial loss but also a lot of used energy when not realizing the direction of a potential breakout.
