I word of advice, which by the way, I base my opinion on a person by their actions and not where they are from or their ethnicity. There are decent, considerate and people of good moral character all over the world. Be very cautious with regards to who will be your neighbors. I lived next to Indian computer engineering students. Ever since they moved in I have been having issues with my Wifi and computer network being hacked. Besides that, they liked to save money and so they will fit about 5 people in a one bedroom apartment. Which causes excessive noise at all hours. Additionally they liked having phone conversations outside which usually tends to be in front of other tenants apartments which can cause a disturbance. They were asked not to disturb other tenements but they still kept doing it. When they used the laundry room they leave the clothes in the machines over night and sometimes even days, and do not clean up after themselves once they are done. Additionally, They are not very clean in general. Once an animal did poo near their front door and they never cleaned it up. This attracted flies in my home. It was a mess. Once they finally moved, everything was better. And the fly problem in my home went away. I am saddened and disturbed that people like this are moving in to Germany and causing a decline in society and the German way of life. I hope that something can be done about this.

Dear Madam, Its a very useful channel, in which we all get very important information. I find its more difficult to get a Wohnung than getting a job from employer. There are so many applicant and letter to House honour and offcourse the letter or massage should be in Deutsch and many hidden factors are there. So it would be great if you add some questions in your Q&A section related to stay after first time arrival to Germany. There another one important matter , If one has not able to show the perfect perticular address, he also could not be able to register for the city. Questions like: where person with family for at least 2-3 months easily stay and able to do all related formalities like, city registration , account oppening etc? In Germany the hotels cost are very high and also its addresses are not allowed for city registration. German gov also strict about the rules that one should be done his city registration with in given time frame. Question: How can someone apply for Wohnoung from India? What are the necessary documents are required for application? Some of documents may not available when applied from india. Will it accepted by Honour? It would be great if you or someone share solution of those hidden difficult situeation. If person are not capable to find an Wohnoung or other, then city registration are not possible and finally back to the home country.

Hi, I recently got married and we both decided to do our masters in Germany. However, we are still at the research process of our 'studying in Germany' expedition. Thus, these videos are very vague about spouse related information. I was hoping that you could tell us a little bit more about this and how would it all work? We both will apply as students. So, what can we do about accommodations and cohabitation? I know that's a lot to ask but your videos were the most informative ones thus far which is why I am asking here. Hope you find the time to help us. Thanks Big fan 🇧🇩

Thank you. This is helpful! Please can you elaborate more on the payment step. Is a contract always signed by both parties prior to payment? Also, when should I start looking for accommodation, how many months before my arrival? Currently visa application is ambiguous so can't fix a date for now
