Just curious to know if I can try for booking of 1st hand apartment from India itself before landing there so that by the time I reach there I have a shelter. Is it actually possible online without visiting apartment and without having Personal no and Swedish bank account?

Information is wrong. You can say no as many times as you want but you will be blocked for 6 months or so if you failed to give them response (Yes or No)
