It's not uncommon for people renting from the first hand renter rents out the appartment in third hand, or even that that renter rents it out in fourth hand. And of course the rent will get more expensive with each step. I know people who has had a rent of $1000 per month for a two room appartment (a while ago, so may be even worse now). This is mainly a Stockholm thing, but applies in ways to other larger cities. If possible, buy a place, even with the interest of the bank loan, it will cost you less, and the price isn't really a cost, you will most likely get the money back, plus some, when/if you sell

What about seniors who want to visit their children for two months but don't want to stay overnights with them because simply they don't have an extra room . Please reply asap

Hi there! Sorry for the late reply. I would in that case go for a second hand short term rental. Look over to blocket.se or similar to see announcements from private people who might be away for shorter periods and might want to rent out their place. Summer is the easiest period to do so since a lot of students go back to their home towns/countries and sublet their apartments. I hope I wasn't too late! 🙏

Questa è una cosa che cambia da sito a sito. Per la maggior parte bisogna creare un account sul sito ed in alcuni casi mandare ulteriore documentazione, ad esempio se si è studenti. Altri siti invece sono siti dove privati o agenzie pubblicano annunci e possono essere contattati tramite il sito stesso o i contatti che lasciano nell'annuncio (ad esempio Blocket). Sono informazioni che si trovano sul sito. Se c'è un numero o un'email nell'annuncio contattateli li. Altrimenti c'è la spiegazione sul sito 😊
