So this is when New World Database is awesome. Simply search for the item in the top right and it'll pop up. I got a link to it for you, but essentially, it comes from multiple tiers of supply stockpiles and more. nwdb.info/db/item/stackeddeckt1

Where and how do I catch catfish? I tried all of the windsward fresh water and no catfish.

The fish need to be jumping, in the hot spot location for fishing, and it’s a random % you can catch them.

So this is when New World Database is awesome. Simply search for which size of catfish you want, and it'll tell you the hotspot location that it can drop in.
