Most slums and backward infrastructure. Expensive Apartments are for fools, and they will start increasing the tax rates and fees on maintenance of buildings.

Hi Chris, tis is the 1st time in saigon, i did book an apartment for 4days 3 night and pay it for VND1,583,272.00 total. Is the price normal or they charge me higher as i am a foreigner.
