That's one heck of a way to read the market and to dive deeper into designs that actually sells. Such a nice video, Phillip!

Really interesting video, didn’t know about evergreen trends before watching this.

Evergreen is sort of the opposite of trends. It's lower demand but not limited to a certain point in time :)

Thanks for this video. Do you not have problem using games like bingo on your designs? What precaution do you take if yes?
@PhilipAnders2 жыл бұрын
That was just an example. I looked up if Bingo is trademarked and I don't think it is, at least not for use on clothing. I have a video about trademark and copyright which shows which precautions I take :)

@@PhilipAnders Thank you. Video request: I have made 11 sales, and still on tier 10. I am still confused about listing in other markets when I can only upload two designs per day. I want to create an upload system to follow everyday and I am not sure how long to keep a design that is not selling before I can delete it. I hope this makes sense. Thanks for your help.
@PhilipAnders2 жыл бұрын
@@faithwoman8 Congrats on getting 11 sales! It often takes 1-2 weeks for tier ups to happen at least that's how it is for me. Delete designs if the trend has ended or if there haven't been any sales for 2-3 weeks I would say. As for marketplaces, how many products can you publish per day?
@faithwoman82 жыл бұрын
@@PhilipAnders Thanks for taking the time to respond as always. To answer your question, I can publish 5 at this point.

Hey, should i search the whole quotes or just the main niche phrase to check the competition? What is ORCA? I have seen that on Productor by MBA extension & if i search with ORCA it shows much lower results.

I have a question sir ... Does the income of merch by amazon depend on what tier your are on ?
@PhilipAnders2 жыл бұрын
The Tier only limits how many products you can upload. Income isn't limited. You can technically make thousands of Dollars in Tier 10 if you have a best selling t-shirt. But it is usually easier to make more money the higher your Tier because you can upload more
@musicteacherengel2 жыл бұрын
Hello, Philip. Thank you for your great videos. What is your recommended method of deciding whether a niche/keyword is worth competing in? As a Tier 10 seller, here's what I'm struggling with: Merch Informer Competition Checker can tell you if there is much competition with a set of keywords, but it doesn't seem to tell if customers are actually searching for those keywords. I'd like to find a tool that is good at predicting success (to the extent that any tool can do that). For example: Should I make a cross-niche shirt with motorcycles and basket weaving? That might have low competition, but also a low chance of selling. I hope my question makes sense! Any thoughts? Thank you in advance!
@PhilipAnders2 жыл бұрын
Your question does make sense! I personally don't use a tool like that, I think amz scout might be able to do what you're looking for, but I am not sure. I typically use big topics for cross niching like beer or coffee for example, that way it's more likely to hit demand. And it's a lot of trial an error. Anyway have a look at amz scout I think their amazon research tool is very in depth for finding niches
@musicteacherengel2 жыл бұрын
@@PhilipAnders Thank you so much for your quick response. I will definitely check out AMZ Scout. Haven't heard of that until now. I do think that the best research tool for me so far has been YOUR VIDEOS! Two of my most recent designs are based on your suggestions in your weekly niche videos, and I will attribute any success with those designs to you. Again, thanks!

Hi I am glad to hear you like my videos! I don't sell designs or niche finding services unfortunately. But I post weekly trend videos which are a good starting point for niches if you are in a low tier on Merch by amazon ;)
