I have noticed that its not the oil leakage... during morning cold start thought it was leakage but today morning i checked and i found that there is a small hole in the silencer from where tiny droplets of water coming out.. I thought it was oil leakage but it was not.. Is there any problem with that small hole in the silencer??? Yes i found a small sepage in the engine head where small two bolts are located... Is there a problem with that seepage amd that small hole in the silencer?

I face oil leakage just after replacing my engine oil. Previously I used hero 4T . I replaced it with Castrol 4T . On the day I replaced the previous oil at a roadside mechanic shop. Just one day past I noticed garage floor is wet with oil . Then I rushed to the mechanic , he checked and tighten a screw under the engine but after somedays it started again. Then rushed to Hero service center. Again they tighten the screws. Today after four days again I noticed the wet engine. Now what should I do ? Do I need to drain the oil and then refill it ? Bike is super splendor.

That neutral sensor needs silicone adhesive, my younger brother had the same problem, changed the seal several times, later when the rtv silicone used the problem got solved but it is shocking to see the sensor has the same crack in this video which we had seen when we repaired.

Hello Jeet, Need your help. I have CB350RS, its leaking oil from box, from the middle joint section of the two parts of the gear box (i.e. crank case and Honda has used RTV silicone glue to seal the two section ) , it is a minor leak, however, its a new bike, I don't want the complete engine to be dismantled to be able to apply new sealant then reassemble the whole engine. So, my question is can I apply RTV silicone on the leaking area? Is it good solution? Will RTV hold for long? If yes, which brand of Silicone glue should I use, please suggest?

This particular engine is poorly developed by Hero. I have an Xtreme200R with same engine. Engine oil seepage issue from engine head persists even after repeated replacement of head gasket. This issue is seen in all 200cc models of hero, be it bs4 or bs6.

Either bolts are not torqued correctly or it's threads are stripped latter was the case in my bike and had to replace crankcase under warranty.
