@@fitrianhidayat From what I know, Rob delivers great results to a business and he contacts similar business nearby that business. And as these owners find it more personalized, he gets a lot of responses, even being abroad.

This week I have been trying to reach US clients and I was not disturbed by the lack of response but I just realized I need to restrategize....thanks

another great vid Rob, really useful! I was trying to find some vids on your channel that go into detail about how you help the client get the 'results' from their website. What does that part look like? yes they need results but how do we help them achieve results? so if they want to increase sales or increase leads what tangible things do we need to focus on ? I think this is what's missing, or perhaps I have missed it, or maybe its already on your ist, but thats the gold. i think you have talked about selling systems and that a website is just part of it which I get but if you already vids that covers this then would be great if you could point to them. looking forward to the next vid mate!

I'm from Brazil and my goal is to have clients on USA, Canada, England, Australia and New Zealand I only speak Portuguese and English by far, but I'm learning Spanish, Italian and German to reach clients that speaks another languages!!!

Great video. The goal would be to do business with international clients but i’m at the stage if finding my first client locally. I’ve emailed about 10 businesses but still no luck. Anyways, you make awesome content and put in amazing effort in your videos.

For now I would recommend just focusing on ONE project for someone you know well. If you can get them good results it becomes a lot easier to reach out to other people. In short - start with that you already got to work with right now and then leverage that the best you can.

@@jack1116 I think there's only one way - SEO ( Search Engine Optimization) SEO means you optimize your website to appear in search results. Suppose someone searched " web design in Los Angeles" Then if you've put the right keyword in your websites then you might get show up in first rank. Many SEO experts / freelancers are out there, if you have money you can hire and if you don't have the money you can learn it yourself. It may take some time but it's worth it. Have a good day :)

Hey Rob, great video! My client has their website up and running but they want me to build a new one. Do I have to transfer their site from wordpress to mine and then transfer it back when I am done? At the start dont focus on any one niche - go with the people you can help the most. When you get more experienced you can then see what niches are best for you to focus on.

I used them to get started but they are very hard to make consistent money on. I think as fast as possible its best to learn how to contact clients directly. Also - the freelancing site controls your money/biz. They can delete you or change the rules at any time. I never want someone else to make the rules with my biz.
