ANSWER OF THE HOME TASK-
GCD of 58 & 261 is 29 , LCM is 522

there is a nother way to get the gcd .example ( 168,72)first we divide 168/72 the result is 7/3 .Second we divid 168/7 and 72/3 the result is 24 finally .24 is the gcd .

in late 70s, I was in my hi-school, we don't have calculators. We manually do the calculation for GCF/LCM when working with fraction. I reduced to prime factor ( using factoring tree) both numbers (numerator/denominator). The common factor is the GCD (multiplication of common prime numbers involved) and LCM is the product of GCD and the prime factor that is not common with due consideration if LCM is still divisible of the given number

Thank you this video. For me to find d=gcd(126,567), i compue the fraction 126/567 or 567/126. for example 567/126=9/2 the irreducible fraction . But we know that 567/126=9d/2d so 567=9d and 126=2d which implies that d=126/2=63.

Let if you wanna find lcm of a,b and c . Type 1/a+1/b+1/c Answer =X/y here y = lcm Almost everytime this works

Claire Chiba He can't use buttons that don't exist. Not all calculators have those two functions built into them, and the fx-991ES is one of them.
