The simplest video on how you can build a skincare routine.
Don't just buy products by looking at others and seeing other peoples skin. You skin is as unique as you are and you need to identify your skin type, skin goals and then work on creating a skincare routine.
90% of people dont know their real skin type? They assume their skin is oily, dry or combination depending on the products they use. But have you ever wondered what if you were using the wrong products, what if your skin could look and feel different if you used the products that match you skintype. Most skincare routines fail because men and women end up using products that are not meant for their skintype or even skin goal.
In this video I tech you how to identify your skin and then create a simple skincare routine with a few products. Don't underestimate the power of a good sunscreen. Did you know more than 50% of all skin issues are caused by sun damage? and that the UVA and UVB rays penetrate through glass windows too. So even you are indoors and work in an office environment you still need sunscreen.
In this video i have created simple AM and PM skincare routines with very few products. What you use or don't really is based on your skin type, age and what your skin goals are. When starting a skincare routine do remember to not start using all the products at once, specially if you are adding antioxidants like Vit C or actives like AHA (lactic acid, Glycolic acid, mandelic acid) or BHA like (salicylic acids) or even retinol. It is important to space out the use of these ingredients to get the maximum out of your skincare routine.
For instance as a teenager if you are religious with your sunscreen in the AM and cleanse your skin well in the PM followed by a mosituriser it is more than enough. However in the 20's and the 30's the needs of our skin do change and we must pay heed to this.

What retinol did you use? I recommend starting with a retinol based cream and start by using a pea size amount 1/2 times a week

Your channel is my most fav !! I have dry skin and also open pores so what can I use ? Lactic acid or BHA / Saliclic acid ? I used Ordinary retinol and Niacimamide almost one and half year before and then leave all routine . Should I again add Inkey list / ordinary Retinol + niacinamide in PM or start with retinol cream ?

Bha is good for open pores use along with niacinamde. Start with that. After a few weeks start with retinol cream

Dear you can use any cleanser from these brands just remember that if your skin oily then you need a foaming cleanser; if your skin is normal to dry then a hydrating cream based cleanser

Vit c tends to oxidize when it comes in contact with making skin look darker. However it should normalize with the sunscreen. In the Am routine just Vit C and sunscreen is good

Hi nupun, My name is kajal and i am 24year old girl from India and I have dry skin and I have milia on face.I had been using plum exfoliating peel with green tea,10%AHA,5%PHA,0.5%BHA and I had been using minimalist retinol 0.3% face serum.i am using these products from last 2 month, both once a week on an alternative days and I use sunscreen also the next morning and I don't feel any itchiness and redness I am used to it but you said to use lactic acid serum for dry skin so what should I do now Should I leave this all products or continue this.i don't use any vitamin c serum ,should I use that also?.
