do you do duplicates of listings to test what mockups or different seo works for a product? how many listings would you say you typically produce for one design?

I love to test different things within my store. Generally, 2 separate listings with one independent variable such as mock-up, seo is all I do to test.

.Hello Taylor thank you for your information on your standing desk. I want one working in the hospitals as a nurse our computers are on stands that have wheels, it's awesome however when I'm at home working on the computer right now I use an exercise ball it can be used as a chair or an exercise ball and it's great, so that's helpful too, and it's a lot cheaper. I'm sure than the desk for those that don't have. The funds as I don't right away for a standing desk so a ball works as well exercise ball, there are about 20 books on Amazon. Thank you for all that you're gonna teach me. I'm new here, so I'm kind of Bing in your videos right now.😂

Thank you for this video! It is confirmation that I am taking the right steps in the right direction. When you post the listing....do you use commas between keyword phrases? Also, do you repeat the title keywords in the tags? I've watched videos of sellers suggesting both ways....no commas and to not repeat title keywords in the tags...that its wasting the real estate. The word History was repeated several times in your keywords. Do you worry about that? Thanks so much for your help. Your videos are so great! Were you ever a teacher? You sure give off the teacher vibe! 😊

I recommend using commas. I try to not repeat as much as possible, I suggest to use as many different keywords as possible to rank for different keyword combinations. However, it’s important to remember humans are reading the titles, not just algorithm robots. So we want to keep it legible. I was never a teacher 😊

During the mock up process, is it important that the mock up matches your actual product? Since there are many tote bags in the mock up section, I can’t just pick any one tote bag, right? Thanks

Yes that’s correct - you will want a mock up specific to the product type you’re offering. For example, monster digital has a Liberty Tote Bag - I would want to utilize a mock-up for the Liberty Tote Bag.

Hi Taylor! I opened a shop a few months ago so I’m still a new. I have a question regarding trademarks. I’m very confused about using the names of my clothing brands in my listing titles, tags, and descriptions. For example, I use Comfort Colors, Gildan, and Bella+Canvas t-shirts in my shop through Printify. I understand that they are all trademarked so I’m confused about describing the product for customers. Are you able to actually use the names of these 3 shirts in your titles, tags, and descriptions along with explaining what t-shirt it is for size and color charts? I’ve searched everywhere for an answer and I can’t find anything other than they are trademarked. It’s so difficult to explain the product when you don’t know if you’re able to write the name of the actual product in the descriptions, tags, or titles and for the size and color charts. I’m so confused! Can you help with this or can you point me in the right direction to get an answer?

To my understanding, if the item you're selling is that brand you can include it. Like your example with Comfort Colors, you see many do this on Etsy. However, another example that couldn't be done is selling a baby onesie that is not the Gerber Brand Onesie as that is trademarked. I hope this makes sense! Again, this is just my understanding. 😃

@@TaylorPOD Ohhhh, I get it now!!! Ahhhhh, why did it take me so long to understand that! If it's not comfort colors, you cannot say it's Comfort Colors, if it's not a Gerber Brand Onesie, you cannot use the word Onesie to describe the Rabbit Skins brand of that. You have to use Bodysuit or similar. Goodness, thank you so much Taylor! That was so helpful.

Are u creating designs by your self with PRocreate or with Canva?

Some designs I solely will use Procreate, Canva, or Kittl. And some I do a combination of the three as I like different features of each. For example, I may bring text and fonts from Canva or Kittl and create a unique design in procreate for it.

Yes you can! There commercial use rights are shared on their website. Their policy, I feel, is similar to Canva. Whereas you will want to customize still and make graphics unique.
