I'm not sure I understand you question. You're not going to wait to ship it. You're going to order it right away from your supplier who will usually ship in a day or two. You then take the tracking number and put it into eBay. No QR code or label needed

Out of all of those transactions, maybe 100 buyers have sent me a message asking me why their item came in a different box (I think it's actually much less than 100). Out of those 100 people, only about 50 followed up after I sent them an explanation and continued to complain about it. How do you purchase a shipping label if you don’t need it do you charge shipping or no

You don't buy one. You just buy the item from your supplier who will ship the item with their label

1. Zik is for product research. AutoDS is for adding products. They're different in what they do and both are needed. 2. LLC is always a good idea

I'm not sure what you mean by accurate and safe? But plenty of people do it all the time. I'd just use a fulfillment service like AutoDS to actually place the orders for you
