I have to gently remind myself that I am a recovering over thinker.😆 I have learned to take my time and step back when the noise is loud. You have helped me become more present and that is such a gift, as I travel the winter of my life.

Aliki, thanks for another thought-pprovoking podcast. The images and music are always so beautifully orchestrated with the message. So true, the mind loves to argue with itself! When I need to know or decide something, I usually let my mind run through all the angles, then let go. Get silent and listen for the sound of that flute you mention. Journaling also helps me to get deeper. But we need to stop and listen instead of letting our thoughts run in circles.😊

I recommend the book Practising the Power of Now as it’s easy to understand and well explained.
