Black rock is where the psychiatric hospital is and some people suggest that not every patient is inside the gates.... fun stuff, Black rock is actually pretty safe, but you do have to be careful as with anywhere else, there have been incidents around black rock.

I will be studying at the School of Education, Faculty of Humanities & Education. Wondering which Hall of Residence may be closer or what part of Barbados will be fairly close and safe.
