I just tried this out. Found them immediately and snowballed quickly. I also played Warlord at lvl 1 and still did well. survivors are getting used to dealing with the necromancers flautist so this will be a much better strategy

I usually just go set up traps around (if I can) around the dagger and map peice bc those are the real fights. Beforehand it's all about focusing on leveling up and scaring the enemy's for me

I did this too and its much much worse thing you can do. So slow lvl vs survi lvl in the end. With agresion I wipe theme ať the pages they dont even get to the map or degger and if yes its only one or two without items and I am almost max lvl do I unleash boss max and possesion on max and with that I spam ať once 11 ++ minions with flutist with CD 55 sec no chance. I doing this 4 day and I am on 30+ winning strike

It's not a bad strategy but ideally you want to encounter the survivors as soon as possible. The more you keep pressure on them the less they'll have for the final fight.

I have a similar build but with puppeteer. It's basically an enhanced basic unit build. I spawn in and prioritize leveling traps first because when I find them early, I place traps all around them. Prioritizing traps will make their fear go up faster for possession and at level 3 you spawn free elites. After that I focus on leveling the possession skill. If I catch a survivor alone and there's a basic unit near him/her, I super possess that unit and 9 out of 10 times I win that 1vs1(even against knight man and warrior Ashe) and gain a ton of levels. The basic units are fast af too so they're amazing at thirsting runners and stopping them from chugging that sunny D. If they are grouped, and trigger my traps I super possess an elite and just spam the AoE lightning attack while they are jumping me. That's usually enough to drop the Demogorgon boss on their foreheads and wipe the team. XD

The strategie‘s gonna be so good I have like a similar basic unit build on the puppeteer because of his power possession and it’s really good because at level three threat level I can do like 130 damage per hit on a light attack

As warlord you can cancel an attack into the puke. so you can get a decent amount of continuous pressure doing : light A, heavy A, Heavy A, Light A, Puke, Dash.

I get to 6-8 minutes without finding anyone, having fully trapped both the map and the dagger and paths between, normaly they will get the map without setting any off. Its generally about 20 min on the clock by the time I see them for the first time, I have no levels, and they normally have weapons to one shot anything I can summon. Thats been my first 20 games.

If you are wearing headphones you can hear them play, and get them quickly.

Yeah, surround sound headphones help a person pinpoint the flautist direction very fast. But the range on that thing is huge. (Around 50 yds) so you should be placing it as far away as possible.

I’ve placed him even 52 yards away in an upstairs bedroom in a house during the dark ones fight and they still B lined it to him and found him in about 20 seconds! I know that’s a bit too far but the group was OP and drawing him away from battle that long was the only thing that allowed me to win.

I think the dark one spawn whatever they want. I remember spawning right in front the dark ones. I also noticed that dark ones either spawn really close to the pages and dagger (100m or less) or spawn really away from pages and dagger. (700 m or beyond)

Dude THIS is the help I needed! I started playing with this in mind and holy crap did it make a difference. I haven’t lost a match since I’ve been finding them so early on. I usually finish everyone off by the second timed objective, but a few times I finished the team before they even got all three pages. Thanks for the tips man!👍

Bs you can’t win all with def being new you have to lvl up then you start winning not just start then find a stat then rush them then bam win like that bs your pushes will fail mostly until you have better skills like extra damage ect

@@Lifelesseagang lol I just trap up the areas around them once I find them. Get a couple points to put into traps and basic portals and my threat level just keeps climbing from there. I’ve run into better teams since adopting this strategy, which challenges my late game, but my early game is much stronger now. I usually have the boss ready by the time they’ve gotten the second or third map pieces.

It will be impossible to win. Every game that the demon finds the survivors faster than 5 minutes ( and the survivors are using that 5 minutes efficiently ) is an easy win for the Demon. The pressure is too much.

Tip: as a warrior if you want to utilize a gun use any pistol because it can stun lock possessed teammates

Or it could stun lock your teammates when you are possessed. That's why I use shot guns because it does a lot of damage to the demon but not to your teammates

It almost feels too easy using this strat. I wonder if they are gonna patch it so Survivors can spawn within the blue circles as well. There's not really a reason why they shouldn't. They still can't collect those items until the map pieces are found.

I’ve never played a game of this style before, and I have yet to try Demon, but thanks to your tips I feel like I’ll be able to really hit the ground running with Necromancer. (Army of Darkness is my favorite movie of all time, so I have to have Evil Ash on my team!) From what I’ve seen from the randos I’ve fought against the A.I. Demons with….MY GOD are they BAD! They drive cars early, they don’t stick together, they rush objectives instead of taking time to loot, and they don’t properly manage their fear levels. I don’t expect to get a win as a Demon for a few games at least, but I feel better prepared thanks to your tips and videos.
