You have a remarkable ability to explain how to think about a position. Most of us club players (I peaked at USCF class A) seek to improve our basic chess knowledge, expecting to improve our results, but we neglect the thought process needed to properly determine how to play. You fill that void so well. Thank you.

The though process is an important part for sure! However there is a big difference between just knowing how to think and actually being able to use it in a real game. It takes a lot of practise and puzzles solved at home to improve practical skill

Excellent! There's not much top level middle game analysis out there with a high end chess engine to follow along with. I usually end up inputting moves to my own engine tracking 5 lines per position to a depth of 40+, which is helpful but a huge hassle. Yours is a great format way it is.

Thanks! I am not sure what is your level but depth 40 is for professionals only (I rarely get to it, to be honest!). 30 is enough for 99.9% of players in my opinion

Hello Mykhaylo Oleksiyenko, I just discovered your channel and am very pleased with myself as I believe I will learn a great deal from you. You may be interested to learn that a fellow KZbinr named SmityQ speaks highly of your channel in a small book he recently published on chessable.com Having skimmed through his book, I am convinced it will prove invaluable to many beginning and casual students and consider it required reading for those players as it outlines a clear path to developing an informed appreciation for this ancient and beautiful game. Hopefully, it will gain the readership it deserves and people will get to the end of the book where you are mentioned! Thank you for your excellent content and contributing to my chess education. Regards, PixelatedParcel
