Every paradox programming code is 4 digits long. What panel are you using?

I have an SP7000 with TM70 touch screens, but the menus are not exactly the same as yours. Is there anywhere I can find the Panel ID and Password?

Hi. For the SP7000 Panel Id is in Section 910 PC Password is in Section 911

I watched another video and saw that they enter 0000 after entering System Setup - which says wrong password but then prompts for an Installer code that you can use to access a special installer menu. In the video they used 0000 again for the installer code but it didn’t work for me.

That's right, you will need the installers code. If the default code has been changed, you might have to factory reset your panel. But keep in mind you might not be able to factory reset your panel if it's locked. You can also try the maintenance code. To get into programming Press Enter - Then enter the installers code - Default: 0000 / 000000 - or the maintenance code - Default: 1111 / 111111 - If you are in, then enter the section code for the ID & Password. I can do a video on this if you want? Just let me know.

Hi Jason. I have the K32 panel with SP6000 without any screen. Once I have the installer code how will it display/show the ID and password without any display? Silly question sorry. Will it be displayed as numeric keys highlighted in color? Thanks

No, it will not show. If you have the installer code, what you can do is change it to something you will know. For the SP6000 the Panel ID is section 910 and the PC password section 911

I just added the version (V6.90.005) you need on my website. To get the latest version V7.70.001. There's a big update you have to do and there's a few steps you have to do. You have to first upgrade your panel from 128K to 256K, then you will be about to install V7.01.004. once that's all done, then you can download V7.70.001. If you want to try, let me know and I will add the software to my site. I can also do a video on all the step on this if you like.

Hi. You have a Paradox Magellan system. To go into programming mode - press enter then your installer code - for panel ID section, 910 - for PC Password section, 911 If you need any more help let me know.

Yes, Jason, i just realised your video was for EVO. I don't have the installer code. Is there a way around it? Babyware used to work great until I updated the software to the latest version. Now I just can't get round the panel ID and PC password. Any ideas?

If Babyware used to work. Then you should have the panel ID & PC password. Because you will still need it to login to Babyware. The new version of Babyware will force you to change it, if it's still on default. Try the default, 0000 for both panel & password. If that doesn't work and you have the zone list. I would do a factory reset. Can you try something? remove the battery and removed the main power to the panel. Plug the battery back in and then the main power. See if your panel starts to make some clicking sounds (about 10 of them). If it does, that means your panel is locked and the reset won't work.

One more thing. If you login before, then open the old Babyware and you should see the installers code.

@@JasonTech Thanks Jason, I worked out the installer code and got the ID and password. The issue was that instead of a zero on the password, it had stored it as an underscore _, so I had to change it.

For the MG5000 Press Enter - Then enter the installers code - Default is: 0000 / 000000 or you can try the maintenance code - Default is: 1111 / 111111 - If the default work, then enter the section code for the ID & Password.
