I would like Doc Snipes to be my therapist but I would have travel difficulties as I live in Wales :) You are spot on and very aware how difficult it can be for a patient to be assertive and tell the therapist what's truly on their mind. I have seen therapists for over 20 years and no matter how long o have been seeing that therapist for I always found it extremely difficult to disagree with what the therapist is saying of speak my mind through fear of rejection or abandonment. People who go to see therapists usually have low self esteem, lack confidence and do not know how to stand their ground and speak up. I always found it extremely difficult to say exactly what I was thinking because I didn't want to upset the therapist.

Just let me know how I can make it to our next counseling session doc. My current therapist tried to rush me off after a few meetings. She is not really willing to hear my whole story or help with the differences in medication therapy for someone who has to use opiates for pain.

That's B.S.! When only the 1st. Tx really seemed to work, for me. By, 50% Miraculously! Too damn many Landmine Fields, AMBUSHES, another ASSUALT, Collateral TRAUMAS, etc. - RTT is next on the List!

I said often. A good EMDR therapist will see you for a couple visits in preparation of the EMDR work.

County Social Services in your State provide. Especially when they accept you for Medical Assistance. Social Workers say they have the Legal rights to Diagnose your Mental illness: Like Depression & ANXIETY DISORDERS. NOT really good. Because if you want help from the County is NOT DUE TO MENTAL DISPAIR. It is physically disability due to Overworked, Worn Out, & Physical inabilities to WALK, TO DO BASIC DAILY LIFE CHORES. Need caregivers, secretary assistant, a Walker device, a shower or bath chair, etc.. County Social services. PCA. or & maid, Cook, housecleaner, a "GO for" person assistant. Somebody to DO THE LAUNDRY work. ) Frustrating. Past 30yrs. Struggling to get this person's needs. Physically.) Grief is cause of County HOLDING BACK THE SERVICES this person is begging for. Politely. Maybe, need better WORDS TO COMMUNICATE NON MENTAL/Emotional supporter. Logical Talk how to beg for physical Help with devices & Person's Able Bodies too work FOR her. Mental Therapy is worthless.

It's absolutely appalling that were in a time where you found it necessary to bring up that "unusual" behavior...stimulants can cause immoral thoughts and behaviors...it's sad that I know that, but there are all sorts of evil spirits in this world, some attached to music, tv shows, and films. I will be praying for God to help us both continue to purify ourselves ma'am in Jesus name
