teacher Prix, I do not watch each and every of your videos but I listen this one very carefully and I must admit that you know perfectly what you are talking about. all that you mentionned here is pure gold, especially the exercises suggested to avoid getting trapped into the comfort zone. because our body and brain are very lazy and will never spend extra energy unless they do not have to. So it is up to ourselves to push it hard enough. Arnold Zchwazzenneger the famous actor/bodybuilder used to say: "if you want to gain muscle while working out, you need to chock these muscle sometimes". love your videos and you are so cute on top of that.

Exactly! that's me, when I am talking to my hubby or anybody, I have to used the correct term that stops me from talking, sometimes if it's just my hubby I will say, "I forgot the right term/word for..." and if he will say the word, I'm not convince because I know there is the proper term only I can't remember, it's just at the tip of my tongue, sometimes if I'm not thinking, it just come out naturally.
