pls someone advice me...i can't describe how much i am torn between this and that... I know that i can use every process for my development its just that i recently got initiated into Shambhavi and seriously the experience has been wonderful too wonderfull to put words into... i am doing shambhavi daily and even that experience has been wonderfull but the thing is now my college has gone offline and now hostel life beckons me... but that's the case... i am excited about both my studies and my hostel life and shambhavi kriya practise... i maybe am making a conclusion here but now the thing is i can't manage to get a personal space in there to do my sadhana... there is a way to do it if i just create a row and a divide with my friends but the transactional nature of my friendship is such with them that i can't imagine having a sour relationship with them... well this seems lucrative to me but i have seen worse days... (but i have learned to improvise those situations and be with them as sweet as always even if the situation doesn't go my way...) and i also know that this is too short term of an excitation... only upto a certain time will these relations be valuable and then poof we'll all go our different ways... i know that, not believe, i know that... i was longing to know the kriya and be initiated since so long that i can't comprehend... but as soon as i got initiated into it the college notice came barging in. it seems difficult to manage the practise now that i got initiated into it... maybe the fear of commitment seizes me... maybe i just need to improve my schedule ... i want to do the practise but i am reluctant... i don't know what's the cause of this conflict

There is only a two ways one is good another one is bad. why i am say this, we have two types of thoughts good or bad. you can do any good things you will be become more good and development and happy and you lead a life en joyful. @Amal spritual knowledge can be understand only from holy scriptures which is bhagwat gita and vedas. Doing worship as per own knowledge is like writing an exam without studying books. Yoga is definitely good for our body and everyone should do it. But if you are combining spirituality with yoga then its not making any sense.
