what happens if you get 2 keys? 1 from the cmd and the other from the regedit like 2 different key codes

Doesnt work...After doing this...they told me.. "To activate with this product key,this device will need to connect to your organization's activation service ". And then they told me that they cant connect with my organization ... So what the heck is my organisation???
