Unfortunately you can't, downloaded KZbin videos are locked inside the KZbin app, because you are only supposed to watch them on KZbin. There is a way you can download KZbin videos as a video file on your computer, but I wouldn't necicarily recommend it. If you google something like "KZbin Downloader" you will find several websites that allow you to paste in a URL of a KZbin video and then you'll be able to download it as an MP4 file. But a lot of these websites can be quite sketchy, and will often try to trick you into clicking on an ad for a fairly scammy website, or download malware instead of the video. So be very careful. I think it's also a slightly grey area legally, but for personal use that's probably not a huge issue.

Yes, if you click the attach button when composing an email, a window of the files app will appear, then you'll just click on my files, then go into the downloads folder, and double click on the file you want to send.

Can you be more specific as to where it's going wrong for you? EG: You can't find the files app, can't find the downloads folder, there are no files in the downloads folder, etc.

I'm not sure how you could find this video unhelpful, your downloaded files should be in this folder.
