I was a bit surprised to see such drastic zones on the Weber Q, considering the company claims its even heat around the whole surface. YMMV though.

Hi Jerry: Probably the No 1 grilling tip for newbies, or at least for people having bought a new grill !!! Thank you so much for that. Besides that: Did you actually buy the 1200 from your neighbors? I remember in your earlier episodes that you borrowed it (to may be having a complete lineup along with your own 2200 ???) However - I love your videos about the 1200 most since I own a 1200 myself ... (and a 1400...) - maybe like most of your viewers ...

Great observation! No I didn’t buy the blue one from a neighbor… that was a special edition one that I borrowed but that person has moved away. I bought the blue one I use now off of Facebook Marketplace.

White bread is actually really bad for ducks and other birds as it blocks their stomach and caused them really painful death but I get your drift, personally I would chuck a slice of cheese on it after seeing the first side marks 😊😊😊
