How to find your ikigai if you're a highly sensitive person? In this video, I'm going to show you how to use IKIGAI, an ancient way of finding your reason for being and the reason you get up every morning. Finding purpose and meaning in our profession is what gives meaning to life. With Ikigai, we will use four components, what you love, what you're good at, what you can get paid for and lastly, what the world needs. The last one usually is the hardest part because for most of us Highly Sensitive person, with strong HSP traits, we are not taught to find this.
If you find this helpful, you can book a call with me for FREE discovery session so we can start finding your ikigai.

This is brilliant ! It’s not attractive for a man to be sensitive - I’ve had to learn the hard way growing up and had to toughen up over the years, constantly stepping out of my conform zone to grow - I now have a healthy balance of sensitivity and confidence! I’m now loving and caring to my wife and family but have a hard exterior to face the world !

it's sad that that's what our society teaches men. There's nothing unattractive with sensitivity, as with anything else, everything needs to be in balance - your definition of balance. I'm glad you have that now. Your wife must be so happy!

Great question. If you can provide what the world needs (your customer), they will pay you, which in return can and will provide for your family’s needs.

We are all connected. If an individual only cares about themselves, it’s called self-centered and selfish. Everything we do impacts someone, our environment etc, it may not be apparent now, but it’s the ripple effect. Every little bit helps, every little bit counts.
