मेरी तरफ से कुछ tips छात्र के लिए-> 1- BTech MTech जैसी डिग्री बस दीवारों पर टांगनी पड़ेगी अगर अंग्रेजी नहीं आती। अंग्रेजी बोलना और लिखना सीखो। 2-अध्यापक,चिकित्सक(डॉक्टर) और इंजिनीर के अलावा भी professions होते हैं, और उसमे कमाई भी ज्यादा है काम भी इंटरेस्टिंग है। जैसे- ग्राफ़िक डिज़ाइनर, फ़ोटो/ वीडियो एडिटर, हैकर,गायक, अभिनेता, शोशल मीडिया इंफ्लुएंसर/मार्केटर इत्यादि। 3-कंपनी ज्ञान देखती है डिग्री नहीं। किसी एक विषय में मास्टर बन जाओ। उसके किये कहीं ट्रेनिंग/कोचिंग ले सकते हैं किसी बाहरी इंस्टिट्यूट से। हर चीज़ कॉलेज नहीं सिखाएगा। कॉलेज सिर्फ किताब में लिखा ज्ञान देगा। अनुभव वो इंसान देगा जो वो काम खुद करता है। 4-first learn then earn. पैसे के पीछे मत भागो, पहले ज्ञान लो फिर धन अपने आप आएगा। 5- पचास साल की उम्र में अरबपति होने से अच्छा 30 साल की उम्र में करोड़पति होना। बुढ़ापे में पैसे हैं मगर समय नहीं होगा खर्च करने का न ही सामर्थ्य होगा। व्यवसायी लोग और एम्प्लोयी ये पढ़ें, 1-कभी संतुस्ट मत रहो अपनी आय(salary) से यदि आगे बढ़ना है तो। आप संतुस्ट होजाते हैं 1 लाख/महीने में और फिर कभी इस से आगे नहीं बढ़ पाते। 2- आपको प्रोमोशन आपके मैनेजमेंट skill से मिलता है न की टेक्निकल। आप जैसे जैसे ऊपर जायेंगे आपको लीडरशिप क्वालिटी की ज़रूरत होगी और तभी आप आगे बढ़ पाएंगे। जिनमे ये क़्वालिटी नहीं होती वो बस एग्जीक्यूटिव ही रहते हैं मेनेजर नहीं बनते कभी। 3- पैसे को खर्च करो पैसे से पैसे बनाओ। ढेर मत लगाओ उसको। मतलब इन्वेस्टमेंट करो। धन्यवाद- यह पढ़कर यदि आपको मेरी बातें अच्छी लगी हों तो कॉमेंट कीजिये, लाइक तो आप वैसे करेंगे ही। 😉😉 ☺😊

Competitive exams are the biggest problem because at the age of 18-30 students in India only give competitive exams where as in foreign countries they set their business upto the age of 30. Thanks

#आज के समय में STUDENTS की सबसे बड़ी समस्या parents की अोर से pressure है । Students को अपने Interest का field choose करने का स्वतंत्रता नहीं दिया जाता है । Students का interest अगर Business में है तो parents कहेंगे की नहीं तुम को सरकारी teachers बनना है । students को अगर sports field में interest है तो उनको engineering की पढ़ाई जाती है । और education system me bhi kuch khamiya hai हमें जो स्कूलों में challenge में जो theory पढ़ाई जाती है वो बस certificate or marksheet tak hi सीमित रह जाती है। uska practically life में कोई भी use nahi hai . Government ko ek aesa education system bnana chahiye ki जिसको students पढ़ने के बाद , अगर नौकरी नहीं भी लगे तो , वो खुद का रोजगार खोल सके अोर अपने पैरों पर खड़ा हो सके और विद्यार्थी को भी इस मकसद से पढ़ना चाहिए कि वो किसी को Job दे सके ना की सिर्फ job हासिल करने के लिए ! Be Job Creator, Don't job seeker . धन्यवाद !!
