@@gatechemistry Thank you.... I am following your chennal since 2016-17 when almost hardly no other chemistry chennal related to CSIR-NET/GATE.... You are true inspiration of many youtuber I believe.... I have completed Ph.D. and working as a visiting lecturer in undergraduate level .... One of our professor in undergraduate college get a SERB-DST project related to my field of interest .... That's why I am asking you about this .... Actually some professor tell me about post doctoral experience should be either research associate or other post doctoral fellows.... But this project give me Project Associate-I position with 31,000/- per month + 8% HRA. The minimum legibility criteria is M.Sc 1st Class or CSIR-NET/GATE... That's why I am asking about the consideration of post doctoral experience.... Can undergraduate college give post doctoral experience?
