Sir first of all thank you so much for this valuable information. Recently I have done master in science in organic chemistry . Now I have got a project proposal from NEIST Jorhat Assam . I had dream to do PhD but due to financial problem I think I can not do it.... Sir please clarify the duration of a project and stipend so that I can do the project and later convert the same to PHD thesis.
