I love listening to your advice….you’re like a friend who I can laugh along with. I have been to Bali…way too hot for me, but having said that I now live in Greece after moving from Melbourne. I find it extremely difficult dressing well in such a hot climate, plus I feel I’m at that age where I feel I need to cover my arms which is so restrictive in the hot weather. Thank you Frederique, fabulous video. When you were talking about your black dress and polyester. I love that you’ve gone the natural fabrics route ❤. To get the same look and feel of those flowy poly fabrics, look for Rayon, Viscose and Tencel. All 3 of those are classed as natural (wood pulp) and breathe much better than poly. One of my all time favourite fabrics is linen blended with any of those 3. You’re looking wonderful as always! Have a brilliant week 🌼🌼

I didn't learn about balancing the skin I was showing until my 20's. It's the best way to look classy! Now I share that tip with my very young daughters. ❤ I also like the juxtaposition of something really feminine (ruffles, light pink, sparkly) with something more rock n roll (studded jewelry, leather pants, etc)

I'm so glad you discussed fiber content! Polyester is awful but many manufacturers use it because it's less costly for them (but the consumer isn't necessarily getting a price break!). It's getting harder to find 100% natural fiber items. I always read fiber content labels before I buy anything. Even bedding is full of polyester....all those microfiber bedding items are mostly polyester. Why would anyone want to sleep on that or wear that? Love you Frederique!
