Take photos, more photos and more photos, keep shooting and after a couple of years and 1000s of photos later you know what your own style is. There is no magic recipe. You develop certain patterns, light, shadows, color, concepts, feel, etc. I believe there are two different thinks, your style and the creative process. Cheers

Really interesting video. I've actually been a photographer for years and haven't figured out my style as yet. I think there’s a difference between genre and style. I shoot portraits, fashion, and photojournalism and even though they’re all different, my style is still consistent through those different genres :)
