I forgot everything whenever fifa 20 dropped this year just sucked finesse was nerfed, la croqueta was nerfed too and the free kick system sucks now I can’t score any easy free kicks with the main man Messi anymore.I used to be able to score insane long range finesse goals with players like Messi and other people with great curve. I can’t even beat world class nor professional anymore!

Hey bro i had this problem aswell but i played loads of players, i realised some things with shooting - only finesse in the box - if you green time a shot it will most likely go in - never try and low driven it, doesnt work - safest option for scoring is just pressing B / O. Hope this helps!

Players, especially keepers respond to the shots way better. - Practice it in game, the ball takes weird trajectories midair and allows keeper to deflect it. - Use semi-assisted shots if you think you can handle it. - Pay attention to keeper movements, they don't let in shots that come at where they're shifting position to - Last update kinda ruined it, but players still need proper body position to shott.

Very helpful!!!! But sometimes it is better to use 1-2 bars at far post shots to make sure you don't hit the post (if you're using a player with less than 90 finishing)

Another thing regarding this video: at 2:38 the keeper is standing in line with the near post while Griezmann is just outside the 5 yard box line. Here you advise to aim for the front post. At 3:48 the keeper is positioned just inside of the near post (bigger near post opening than in Griezmann example) while Ronaldo is positioned in line with the 5 yard box line. Here you advise to aim for the far post when actually the angle seems to be worse. Another bigger difference though, is that Ronaldo is shooting from a greater distance, so maybe that's why aiming for far post is better?

NIce stuff mate, quick question - semi or assisted shooting? I see you play with assisted but I feel with Assisted my shots are going too much onto the goalie. Maybe I need to aim a bit more with assisted? But then I feel like it will go out. Also I'm battling vs a friend who uses legacy can anyone here comment vs legacy it seems when you try to do a trick his player just bullddozes over you and takes the ball.

@@Jedi_Triangle The reason I turned it off is because sometimes, if the ball is loose in the box and you're spamming shoot, or if the game is a bit laggy, it will register a red timed shot when you weren't trying to time it. I also found myself trying to time shots subconsciously as it was muscle memory from FIFA 19. It always made my shots worse.
