How To | Fish Daiwa Steez Blades for Bream (3 and 5g)

Traditionally, blades are used as a deepwater bream lure. This is how to fish the Daiwa Steez blades for bream in shallow water (as well as the deeper stuff).
Note that there is also a 42mm/7 gram version of these blades available that will be on interest to Australian bass anglers.

I thought you might be using a regular taper rather than a fast taper rod - why do you prefer the soft plastics rod for blading?

It might be listed as a fast taper, but it's a very light rod with a slower action that you'd expect.
