Might just be me but I feel like winter can actually be really good for spotty fishing. They hold closer to the structure so,you don't have to look everywhere for the, like in the summer when the cruise the eel grass

the 1 bait all u all need is a dark sleeper by megabass get a 2.8 inch mutsugorou color is the best in my opinion fish at night the 2 or 3 hour period before peak high tide get biiiiiitttttt also the people that live in and around marina del rey should know the next few days the tide is going to be at 8 feet or more sat sun mon tue wed
