Great informative video. Our lakes are all mud bottom with a few shell beds from fresh water muscles. I have only found a couple beds so far but I just got my new Humminbird Helix 7 Chirp, DI, SI, G3N hooked up so I will have to try that on some of them. Funny story about muscle bed, I was throwing a TX rig worm in the fall. The mussel must have been open and feeding. My worm went inside. The thing closed on my worm and I had to pry it open to recover the worm and hook. The mussel was about 7" long and must have weighed about 2 pounds.

Lead or tungsten. The weight is the same, regardless. Difference is size and price. Tungsten is denser than lead, so it takes less material to equal the same weight as lead. Price is the determining factor for most fisherman. You can buy a lot more lead than tungsten.
