Simple do it like Minnesota on the rainy. Anything smaller than 19.5 can be kept. 19.5 to 29 haft to be released. Only one over 29 can be kept.

winnebago isnt a very good walleye lake anymore. Back on the early 90s they had a 15 inch size limit and it seemed everything you caught was 14 1/2 inches or less but it seemed there were more walleyes around. I'd like to see a 17 inch size limit myself

I have a slot limit on my boat. Don't like it, fish from shore. 15"-22" only.

Every lake is different, we have no natural reproduction,stocked regularly does nothing for the system to release a 27 inch walleye, we have a 16 inch min. Which is good, my point is there should be a minimum, that's the future along with big ones if natural reproduction, every lake has to be managed differently

LOL you must trouble catching walleye period, the ave fish size in 2018 was bigger than I've seen in a long time. As a second generation professional fisherman, who has fished this system since 1976 I can guarantee that there is not a lake in the state that produces more quality fish. Hire a guide brother.
