Me fitting 4 people in mustang. I'm the driver. When we picked up the mustang, one suitcase had to be in backseat. But two and my book bag was able to fit in trunk.

Those plastic pieces are tonneau caps. Instead of putting in the trunk he should have put them where they go to cover the top folding mechanism on the left and right side. They just pop into place and make the car look finished with the top is down.

That is a lot of luggage to pack! I thought we take too much with 2 28” cases, a smallish medium backpack a carry on and a personal item on a plane for 3 week trip. We take too many clothes and half don’t even get worn. There’s always somewhere to find a washing machine.
