How to fit architrave - on uneven walls

Brilliant video lad.. saw others scribing around the architrave and cutting off the plaster.. This is how i was told to do it👍

Thanks, just about to fix skirting and architraves after going back to brick, boarding and plastering. My door frame is slightly sunk in against the plaster and needs this treatment.

It's not 2-3 mm gap for arch. It's 5mm
