Great video - can anyone tell me why edging trim is 2-3mm too wide in the first place? Why oh why does it need to be that wide? Why can't it just be manufactured the same width as the worktop itself? Such an unnecessary faff to have to get the trimmer out when I can't see any reason why it would need to be 3mm too wide. Thanks.

You were going the wrong way with the trimmer

You go left to right with any router. He was going left to right 🤪

@@TheGreg2710 Nope, you go left to right when the router is vertical. When you are holding it hoizontally on the edge, you go right to left. Not that it really matters when trimming 1/2mm of ABS.
