The instructions state 67mm you cut at 55mm?

nice job !! did you put the headliner down ? also 7mm drilling into the roof is enough ? thanks

There was no need to pull the headliner down fortunately. Everything seems to be good at this point with the job. I think I would prefer to bolt the support onto the roof rather than pop rivet it, but if you bolted it you would definitely need to drop the headliner, or at least pull the edges down to get the access. Looks great mate, What's the dimension of the roof rack flat form? I just got my Rogue 2023, I think I can do it.
