Is it ok to drill through the metal of your doors? No risk of damaging something?

With the sliding door, on T5 do you remove the door handle surround? And is there not a risk of the bottom right screw fouling the lock mechanism?

Hi Lee, you mention the Caravelle but on the Vanshades website under the FAQ section they state the shades are not compatible with the Caravelle. Is support for Caravelles a future aspiration?

I believe so. Development costs are huge though. It may well have been a slip of the tongue as I was mentally listing all the variants in my head!

No, but, if you wanted to remove the blind one all the holes are drilled to hoover up, there would be nothing stopping you

@@CombeValleyCampers in your video what drill are you using and what setting is it on? I ask this because it sounds like it’s on ‘impact’ setting. This to me is wrong as you’re punching holes and not drilling them. It also destroys the 8mm socket you’ve using and is completely the wrong tool for the job. Sorry to sound negative but I teach engineering and if you teach or demonstrate something incorrectly it inevitably leads to feck ups. I bet you’ll find a difference in the next one you do. I apologize in advance if I’m mistaken. Love watching what you do and achieve by the way and what you give to the camper community

@@stevenfalconer2385 I will hold my hands up, I was using my impact driver as opposed to my drill. On watching the video back I have 'drilled' the end of the self tapping screw in using a lower setting and 'driven' home the screw section through the metal
