bro the files provided in the RAR folder are different and they dont run the Parking control app...its weird i did meke sure i dowloaded the file correctly but it didnt work when i tried to install it.... i mede sure to disable all the windos defender settings and all the proteccion services and still nothing

i bought a laptop 1 year ago, it was working fine but after like 3 or 4 months it started lagging like crazy. now the cpu without anything open around 5-30% or even higher in some cases when i start gaming it suddenly hits the 100% cpu usage at most of games like minecraft, house flipper and sometimes valorant. i really tried to do a lot of things to just fix it but it made literally no difference. any discord contact to help me if only you can? i really need help form someone who understands those stuff because i really dont know.. will be very thankful if you help me.

Its at around 5 to 15 percent when idle, and while playing heavy games like RE4 remake, it shoots up to 91 to 95 percent, and the cpu throttles due to overheating and sits at a locked 1.5 ghz from 4.1 ghz making my fps very low and unstable. I literally cried due to frustration yesterday at night, I don't have any idea about what to do now. I think I will have to upgrade someday.
