Wow, hope you worked out that focus issue. As painful as it was to stay to the end, I finally get what you actually were trying to say about 'crimping the lock'...was crimping the 'slider'!! The 'slider' has a 'lock' on it. But, thanks.....It did solve my coach wallet zipper issue.

So funny!! I have an all champagne color wallet exactly like it tkr had the same zipper go bad on me. I Google how to fix a wallet zipper and your video was the first to pop up that I watched! Which way do I crimp the zipper?? The sides or up and down??

I paid $20 for a wallet - on Harwin St., in Houston - and it lasted 10 years before the zipper broke. The only tag on the wallet says: "Made in China." I think I got what I paid for and more. :-)

Zipper lock was worn out and gap was 2 wide to lock zipper in place so what i did i used needle nose pliers and i crimped zipper lock made it little tighter

That zipper is not broken! It just has to be zipped down one side hard ..and catch back on the track! I'm talking about a REAL broken zipper where one side of the zipper is not connected to the track at all!
