And, I have to give you big respect....a couple years ago when you started the whole "mullet" thing, some of us old schoolers gave you crap about what a "real" mullet was back in the day. Well, you did it. Before this cut you gave us the old school mullet.

I think the "couldn't find a good barber" is a lot of guy's stories. That is why I always say if you can find a barber that cuts your hair in a way that you feel happy walking out of the shop then you never leave that barber. I personally never walk out of a barbers happy with what I get and I keep trying different barbers in the hopes I can get something I am happy with but no success yet.

What these guys are doing is called professional hairstylist / professional barber. You’re going to pay 100 hr and you’re gonna take up at least 1hr. If they’re just some regular barber shop ? I’d be shocked. Basically You get what you pay for, nobody is gonna go out their way to make you look like a movie star for a 15 dollar haircut and maybe a $5 tip. I know it sucks if you were born with crap hair to begin with 😂

Ok so im a barber/barbershop owner….most of the time the issue with not getting what u want us communication.If u say I want it short on the sides and king in top..im sorry but ur really not telling ur Barber anything with that statement…ur Barber should ask questions and bring pictures of what ur looking for abs please bring pics of guys with similar hair to yours…there are many good/great barbers out there.proper communication is key to getting the cut u want abs will be happy with

Great cut, was a better look for him for sure. Can I add a little criticism to that though. I believe when he was consulting he implied that he wanted to keep the mullet, just wanted to go shorter. The Mohawk looked better anyways but that’s what I picked up.

New style looks great. I dunno man, I try to be open-minded about stuff, especially other people's style choices, but I have to admit I have literally never seen a mullet that I think looks good or suits the person. Never. And I am 51 years old and lived through the mullet phase back in the 80s (may have even sported one myself....), so I have seen a few in my time... I've seen plenty of people rock and own their mullets, and more power to them, but owning it and looking good with it are two completely different things in my book. Good choice Eric.

Ive had many looks and styles in my life, but the brushed back mullet/hawk/ V taper is my favourite.. And its my current style.. My hair is receding, and i feel its a look, keeps weight off the weak areas so they don't look thin, and premotes the stronger area

Ya, I have fine hair that is thinning in the crown. It's slow and gradual and not a big deal to me. But I use to have a cowlick at my whirl. Now it lays flat and is wispy up there. It's not terrible compared to many other guys who experience hair loss, but it's definitely thinner than it was when I was younger. -Eric

The wrinkle thing was proven false in a 10 year study @beardbrand everyone in the study had a inch to 1.5 inches behind hairline , girls were included too so that was proven false also Eric you just have fine hair just cause your crown is fine doesn’t mean balding at all al your hair is fine
