Hi Doug, how do I hide ta 2013 transaction excess amount received in quick book desktop in customer account, which we don't deal with it anymore

This is Aimee chiming in - the best course of action here would be to refund the excess amount to the customer. If that's not possible, creating an invoice for the amount of the credit, and then applying the credit to the invoice to "pay" it, will also work.

Hi Doug, I created invoice and made payment. Then I void payment and delete record invoice. Register report had an amount open balance vendor ledger. I knew the payment is still hanging around somewhere. How can fix and write off amount open balance? Thank you.

Hey ChittumSpine! You will need to delete the payment that is attached to the invoice. If the payment is on a deposit in QB then you will need to remove that payment from the deposit first.

Received payment that should have been split between 2 customers. Deposit amount is correct, reconciled bank account correct. How to I move payments between the 2 customers?

Unfortunately you cannot apply one payment against two customers. You will have to receive the total amount as two payments and then combine them on the deposit.
