In my opinion it should not, but I am not that experienced with tubeless tyres. I had no problems deflating the tyre and later reinflating it.

It is unfortunate that i heard that putting slime in to the electric motor containing wheel will eventually make the motor unbalanced, as the slime will stuck to the rim because of the heat. I have the same e-scoot and a much bigger puncture. Will try to replace the tyre all together. Best to you Mate.

No problems so far with the wheel balance. If you have a larger puncture try the tyre plug kit, unless its a giant hole.

@@Lantea13 Unfortunatelly, i've already tried to fix it with a motorcycle puncture kit, and the hole is widened now a bit, but the leak sealant not keeping the pressure in, so i've ordered a new tyre yesterday.

No, I did not need to replace it. The slime fixed the small hole, and with bigger holes I would recommend first trying a plug kit, and leaving a full tyre replacement as the last option, as its not the easiest task to do yourself. I would not recomend solid tyres, the ride will be terribly bumpy and the added vibrations can possibly damage the scooter.
