This was definitely more detailed than the RoadRunner tutorial, good job. My experience with slime though is that it will probably get you home, but it probably won't permanently seal the leak. I recently had a small puncture, and while the slime kept it to a very slow leak, 2 weeks later it was still oozing slime out of the puncture spot. Still worth doing to avoid getting stranded, but you'll still have to do this process when you get home.

Great tutorials. Ive had my D6+for a little over a month now. I had my first flat tire about 2 weeks ago. I watched your video, and after about 2 days going to store to buying the improper sizes is sockets to remove the wheel assembly, i was able to get it off and clean up my tires and tube. A week later and the reat tube is flat and left my commute to other means. I have decided that i wanted to order street tires, to replace the stock off-road, but I'm having a difficult time finding the proper sizing. I have searched for 10x3.0 tire and many sites are saying this measurement is the same as 3.00-4 or 260/85. I followed these guidelines and have ended up with handtruck tires and tubes. Can you make a recommendation of a particular tire and tube that would be available on Amazon? I dont want to again purchase thr wrong items.

Tim Pearson Check Nanrobot’s main website they self the tires with the tubes for $50 right now on a discount and $80 is the actual price. Which is one of the Pros that Nanrobot has. Igor, excellent video as always! But, slime did not work on my scooter (Got three flats in a week). I switched to a product highly recommended called Armor-Dillon Sealant. So far, no flats.

So it is just like installing tube and tire for old Vespa scooter in old days instead of installing radial tire today! You need to "split" the rim to remove and install tire and tube. Great lesson!

@@TheMoises1213 It depends, I've noticed sometimes I've gone longer without a flat with slime. But other times the flat will come and go depending on where the flat is with slime. So it may help in some cases but if the slime can't reach the puncture, it won't seal. Sometimes you think the hole is sealed and you ride out then the tire goes flat. So maybe try armadilloz blue, or just treat it as preventative to buy time to get home to change flat.

Hi Igor, just got new D6+ - 2 question - were you offroad tires installed not with the direction of arrow but the other way? If so - did you get the same wobbly moment after reaching higher speeds like 50/60 kmh and when you let go the gas it shakes a bit?

If you only wanted to put slime in the tire, could you do that part without having to dismantle the wheel? Just empty the wheel from air, add aline & re-inflate ? or does it require access by getting the wheel out?

I am "tired" of getting flats on my scooter. Everytime I get a puncture, I see that it is a perforation - each time - which tells me it is the tubes that are the problem. | Every single tube I have purchsed, ends up perforated. This also tells me that the tubes are not thick enough. All the inner tubes are not designed for the speeds we do.

Bro none of this is necessary... you probably turned a bunch of people off using it. You don't need to take off your tire at all and don't need any tools!! Wtf . The slime bottle comes with the only tool you need which is to take out valve stem.. which empty tires for you automatically...then you add slime .. give tire a spin to help it spread it throughout along inner wall ( cause its still attached to scooter you didn' remove it like a dingus). Put the stem back on and fill with air .. you may have successfully and safely done this but you should have mentioned that you were taking unnecessary steps and taking the tire off is not required. At least add it as a text at the bottom.

Slime is not made for speed limits over 20 to 25 mph. The blue armor Dillon tire sealant is. It also has ballistic fibers. My D 4 + 2.0 still always got Flats using the Slime until I switched
