Jason, I had a very minor drip and after several tries found that in the poppit (lower part) there was a micro crack that only became visible under pressure with the bell cover removed. When I replaced the poppit, the leak stopped.

If both of those keys are close should it be dripping water?

No, with all the seals, gaskets, and valves clean and in good condition, there should be no leaking.

1:50 Release the pressure by using the drain cock first.

Shown this way on purpose for the explanation. But yes, ideally release pressure first before taking off the cover.
